So this year’s kind of a first… I’ve finally found myself falling in love with sports. I’ve been playing pickleball almost every day, and I seriously can’t wait to get better at it. I also started playing tennis with my dad. Just really happy to be moving more, sweating more, and finding joy in the game. What a way to start 32.

Just turned 31 yesterday! Big thanks to my husband for snapping the pics, and for always making me feel special. We celebrated with a birthday lunch at our fave buffet spot, Waterfront Insular Hotel. Grateful for all the love and sweet birthday wishes… thank you so much!
So… I got a MacBook for my birthday!
I’ve always been curious about trying one… there’s just something about the design and flow of using macOS that really appealed to me. A friend actually let me borrow her MacBook Pro (a 2012 model!) not too long ago, and I was surprised at how well it still worked. Over 10 years old and still running smoothly? Wow
Now, here’s the twist: my husband is very much a Windows guy. Like, roll-his-eyes-at-Apple kind of guy. He always thought MacBooks were overpriced for what they offer . So I didn’t really expect one anytime soon…
…But he gave in.
And now I have a MacBook and I’m officially on Team Apple!
It still makes me smile thinking about how he set aside his anti-Apple feelings just to make me happy. Now that’s love… and a tech compromise. Hahahaha
Oh and fun fact: I actually got this beauty a few weeks before my birthday (hello, early birthday gift!)
Of course, the moment it arrived, I had to order a hot pink case right away. Now my MacBook is looking all Barbie-core and fabulous.n I’m obsessed.
