So, I’ve been tracking my cycling activities on Strava, and I have to say, I looove it! Unlike running, which I find exhausting (and hellooo, I’m already thin and don’t feel the need for intense cardio), biking/cycling is much more enjoyable and relaxing for me. It still gives me a good workout without feeling too overwhelming.

I wanna do this more often! I used to ride only up to 5km, thinking it was like walking the same distance. But I just learned that if I want it to be a real workout, I need to go beyond 10km.
Will challenge myself to do 10-20km next sessions!
