Just recently, I took a social media detox. I stayed away from Facebook mainly. And it wasn’t hard for me to do so. I wanted to take a break from it anyway and from random people and their dramas and all negativity on my social media feed. I was also not on my phone constantly. It felt sooo so good and refreshing, to be honest. Now that I’m “back”, I’ve decided to use social media (well, just my Facebook apps) at a minimum – like go online on Facebook Messenger ONLY when I need to respond to certain messages and share updates with friends. Facebook used to be a happy place before. Not sure bout that now. Anyway. I’ll definitely do social media detox more often!

more ideas for my blog. I’m slowly trying to post here more often. What inspired me was reading through old entries the other day written by my younger self (lol) on my Blogspot, which I kept since 2009. And I realized what a different person I am today from that girl who wrote those posts. That blog is now private of course I’d want no one to read that anymore. The entries were funny. Too embarrassing to share! But my blog name then was “The Phat Lass” because PHAT = Pretty, Hot and Tempting. (I know, EWW?? Hahahaha) My Blogspot was like my Twitter, so I would always update there. On my May 07 2011 entry, I shared about wanting (so bad!) to have my blog domain before yet listed down reasons why I shouldn’t get one anyway. A year after, I finally got one. Yay! Thanks to Mojo for helping me set it up❤️

Taffy gets well soon. She threw up yellow bile 4x this morning 🙁 (hence the jasmine incense in my room) and lost her appetite. If it happens again tomorrow, I might have to send her to the vet.
